I’ve started to write a newsletter.
It isn't a hobby or a side project. It’s an attempt to make sense of the noise. I’ve called it Unfixed Mind.
After years of building systems and working with world-class people, I realized that most "leadership advice" is just recycled corporate platitudes designed to fill slide decks. It lacks teeth. It lacks the reality of a Tuesday afternoon when the project is failing and the team is already exhausted.
Why Unfixed Mind?
The name is the mission. Most leaders fail because they stop learning the moment they get the title. They become fixed. This newsletter is for the people who refuse to settle for "how we’ve always done it."
We focus on the pillars that actually move the needle:
- Systems over luck. How to build management frameworks that run without you.
- Ruthless consistency. Showing up when the novelty wears off.
- Radical kindness. Distinguishing between being "nice" and being truly supportive through clarity and high standards.
- The Parent-Leader Paradox. Applying the patience of parenting to the boardroom without the condescension.
No Fluff. No Filler.
I respect your time too much to waste it on 2,000-word essays that could have been a memo. I write as The Strategic Architect. My goal is to provide lean, punchy insights that you can actually use before your next meeting starts.
If you want "revolutionary" marketing speak, look elsewhere. If you want logic, data, and a shift in perspective, you’re in the right place.
