At Google, I oversee vendor operations across EMEA, yet it’s not the scale—$0.5B in annual revenue—that defines me. My real challenge is to find calm in the chaos, to balance structured systems with the unpredictability of life.

My book, The Standard of Consistency, aims to capture that essence, blending a systems thinker’s rigor with personal philosophy. I question the noise of hustle culture, favoring intentional progress that is steady, sustainable, and genuine. This belief shapes my work and inspires creative ventures like nortehaus, a boutique cabin in Canada that I co-founded with my amazing wife. Here, we explore how thoughtful hospitality can invite people to slow down, breathe deeper, and rediscover simplicity.
